This Peggo Service Agreement describes the terms and conditions on which peggo.tv ("Peggo") offers services to you. In order to use the site, you must agree to abide by the following terms:

All content on the website, except for what users and other third parties upload, is Peggo’s intellectual property. It includes text, graphics, video, audio, scripts, logos, trademarks and other proprietary materials. You are entirely responsible for the data you submit (such as URLs) to the Peggo service. You understand that, when using the website, you will be exposed to content from a variety of sources (third parties) and that Peggo does not own, control or is responsible for the third party content. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to third-party content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable, and you agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against us with respect to that.

You agree not to spam, stalk or otherwise harass anyone on or through Peggo.
We reserve the right to change the terms and discontinue any of the services available on the website at any time at our sole discretion.
