  • You guys are just great found you just a few weeks ago trying to fit you in at least 5 out of 7 days varying between yogo to address my balance with is really bad.  I can feel the difference already in my sharp even while I sitting relaxing I still feeling the burn.  I really needed this…Great work I'm doing Kellie no weights 25 cardo I sweat like am stealing the sweat…she just hard core.
