  • I was laughing like crazy during the first round of rotational jumping lunges. Never done those before and couldn't believe that you came up with such an exercise…I started to get the hang of it during round 2, but I will definitely have to practice that one. Love it!

  • You know what would be great? A HIIT workout that is 60-80% Upper body and core based. For when your legs are sore or you just want to train your upper body & abs extra hard with getting your cardio in as well. There are so many cardio moves for the upper body you can incorporate… Plank jacks, froggy hops, push ups, burpees, mountain climbers, piked push ups… I love training with you, but this kind of HIIT is kind of missing 🙂
